Our staff works a set schedule. While there "may" be times we work outside of these hours, that is by choice, not the norm.

These hours are currently as follows and are based on Eastern Time Zone (Toronto Canada)

Monday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday: closed
Sunday: Closed

At ALL times, please allow 1-2 business days, excluding holidays for a response.

Example: If you submit a ticket on Friday at 1 p.m., you "may" not get a response until Tuesday by 1 p.m.

We do strive to answer promptly, and most tickets are responded to within a few hours, however, we do NOT work 24/7 so please bear that in mind when submitting your tickets.
