Support Desk Access Issues

If you are a customer or seller of our systems at https://shop.mycustomjournal.com OR https://sellers.mycustomjournal.com please be aware that your account there is NOT automatically connected here.

If you have not created your account in the support desk previously, you must create an account first.

There are TWO WAYS To check:
1) click on Log In and enter your usual log in information. If it fails...
2) click on forgot password.

If your account does exist here, then you will receive an email.

If not - (simplest way) - click to submit a ticket. It will ask for your registration information, and if you already exist, it will tell you so.

Once you have registered in the support desk, you will not have to do so again.

**PLEASE** make sure you allow at least 5-10 minutes before requesting a password again, and check your junk/spam folders.

Occasionally if the servers are really busy (between ours and yours), it "can" take 5-10 minutes to arrive.

If you submit too many times or get failed log in attempts, your IP or account will be blocked for 24 hours.

If that is the case, please contact us via one of the email addresses you paid to us at.
